Daily reassurance calls

Many of our customers have next of kin who regularly check on our customers. We offer daily reassurance calls to our customers, to give extra checks on their health, safety and wellbeing.  

We can tailor a plan to meet individual needs, ensuring our customers receive the best service possible. Our reassurance call service will address customer concerns, but also fit in with their own lifestyle.

Many families utilise this service when they are on holiday or unable to check in with our customers for a period of time.
