​Our services

The HomeCall Monitor package provides customers with an easy to use pendant alarm, which can be worn around the neck as a pendant, or on the wrist. When pressed, an alarm will alert our contact centre with immediate connection. Our friendly and experienced Customer Advisors are on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide support, guidance and action as and when required.

This reassurance means that family members do not have the pressure of continually checking on elderly relatives, they can rest assured  that if something does happen, our contact centre will get in touch with them immediately.

This service also works well with families living with elderly relatives. With the monitor only service, families can continue to live  their lives safe in the knowledge that if something happens whilst they are out, HomeCall will alert them to this immediately allowing  them to return home.

HomeCall example

Prior to getting the service, one of our customer’s family were taking turns to provide regular check-in care for them. This began to  take its toll on the family, who were suffering as a result of work, social and family commitments. 

Through monitor only, the customer and their family were able to create a response plan whereby if the pendant alarm is pressed, the  family are notified directly through phone call and text message, sent from our contact centre. Recently, our customer suffered a  serious incident in the form of a stroke. With the alarm raised immediately by the customer, HomeCall were able to contact the family and inform them of the emergency, allowing the family to respond promptly, effectively saving their mother’s life. 

With the security that HomeCall are providing 24/7 monitoring for their elderly loved one, the family and our customer have continued to live an independent and enjoyable lifestyle, with added peace of mind.
